ALKASEAL (20L Drum)

Description

ALKASEAL is a high-performance solvent-based acrylic sealer and primer formulated to provide long-lasting protection for concrete surfaces. Supplied in 20L drums and available in Clear or a range of ALKA colours, it penetrates deeply into concrete to enhance durability, improve appearance, and provide a protective finish suitable for both interior and exterior applications.

Ideal for warehouses, storage facilities, car parks, garages, light industrial buildings, patios, driveways, and exterior pavements, ALKASEAL offers excellent resistance to oils and greases while maintaining a non-yellowing finish even in exposed outdoor environments. Its self-priming formulation simplifies application and helps achieve consistent surface protection.

Applied by spray or roller, ALKASEAL provides a theoretical dry film thickness of 30–45 microns per coat and is typically applied in 2–3 coats. The coating becomes tack-free within 1–2 hours and can be recoated after 2–4 hours, allowing for efficient project completion. With coverage rates of approximately 5–10m² per litre on textured surfaces and up to 15m² per litre on sealed surfaces, ALKASEAL delivers an economical and durable concrete sealing solution for residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
