Description

ALKA 110 is a high-performance self-smoothing epoxy flooring system formulated to deliver exceptional durability and protection in demanding industrial and commercial environments. Supplied as a 24kg kit comprising 18kg resin, 4kg hardener, and 2kg pigment, this 100% solids, solvent-free coating provides a seamless, hard-wearing finish with excellent chemical, impact, and abrasion resistance.

Suitable for warehouses, storage facilities, food and beverage processing plants, clean rooms, automotive workshops, aircraft hangars, laboratories, schools, power plants, wastewater facilities, and other high-traffic environments, ALKA 110 creates a durable and attractive flooring surface with excellent adhesion and long-term performance. The self-levelling formulation delivers a smooth, high-gloss finish and can be combined with decorative vinyl flakes, coloured quartz, and metallic powders to create customised flooring systems.

Available in a neutral base and tintable through the ALKA Colour Solutions range, ALKA 110 can be applied by brush or roller at a recommended thickness of 160–200 microns per coat. With a pot life of approximately 30 minutes, tack-free time of 8 hours, recoating within 12–24 hours, light traffic after 3 days, and full cure in 7 days, it offers a reliable flooring solution for heavy-duty industrial and commercial applications requiring superior durability and chemical resistance.
