Description

ALKA 110 S is a premium 100% solids epoxy coating formulated to provide long-lasting protection and superior colour stability in demanding industrial and commercial environments. Supplied as a 24kg / 16L kit comprising 20kg resin and 4kg hardener, this low-VOC coating offers excellent moisture resistance, scratch resistance, water impermeability, and enhanced UV performance to minimise yellowing over time.

Suitable for warehouses, storage and packaging areas, clean rooms, automotive service centres, workshops, food and beverage facilities, schools, laboratories, assembly plants, and high-traffic commercial floors, ALKA 110 S creates a durable and attractive finish. Its neutral base can be combined with decorative vinyl flakes, coloured quartz, and metallic powders to achieve customised flooring designs.

Available in a neutral base and tintable through the ALKA Colour Solutions range, ALKA 110 S can be applied by brush or roller at a recommended thickness of 160–200 microns per coat. With a pot life of 25–35 minutes, recoating within 12–24 hours, light traffic after 3 days, and full cure in 7 days, it provides a reliable flooring solution where durability, appearance, and long-term performance are essential.
