Description

ALKA 312 is a high-performance, single-component polyurethane waterproofing membrane designed for durable and long-lasting waterproof protection. Supplied ready to use in 15L (18kg) drums and available in Grey, it creates a seamless, foot-trafficable membrane with permanent flexibility and high elongation to accommodate substrate movement.

Suitable for showers, bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, terraces, planter boxes, roofs, flower beds, pools, and under-tile waterproofing, ALKA 312 offers easy application by brush or roller and dries to a keyed finish that promotes direct tile adhesion. With an overnight cure time, recoating within 2 days, and a recommended application rate of 0.68L/m² per coat, it delivers reliable waterproofing performance for residential and commercial projects.
